Nothing beats a stationery parcel!

Your order will be carefully wrapped and packed by one of the team at our Bristol studio. We ship orders throughout the week on Mondays to Thursdays. Please get in touch if you need your order urgently or by a certain date and we’ll do our best to ensure it arrives on time.

Our parcels are always plastic-free and packed using recyclable materials, each of our products comes with minimal packaging. We choose beautiful sustainable materials such as recycled Kraft paper and biodegradable tape, we hope you’ll reuse or repurpose what’s inside.

We offer free standard shipping on UK orders of £35+ and you can view our additional and international services below.

Delivery to the UK is charged at a flat rate of:

£2.50 – Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 48 ( Free on orders of £35+ )

£4.00 - Tracked Delivery - Royal Mail 48 Tracked ( 48 hours, from when the order is processed in our studio )

£5.50 - Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail 24 Tracked ( Only for UK orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm )

£7.50 - Gift Wrap + Next Day Delivery - Beautifully wrapped with ola papers & ribbon + delivery as above ( Only for UK orders )

Patterned Papers – These are sent folded or rolled. Orders of up to 6 sheets will be sent folded. Orders containing 8 sheets or more will automatically be sent rolled in a cardboard tube.

*If you are ordering less than 8 sheets and would like your papers sent rolled, please select "Premium Delivery – Royal Mail 24 Tracked” at the checkout and we will roll them for you.

International delivery is charged at a flat rate of:

Zone 4/5/6/7: Belgium, Channel Islands (Jersey / Guernsey), Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland Luxembourg and the Netherlands. 

£4.50 - Royal Mail Standard ( No tracking )

£10 - Royal Mail Tracked

£15 - Tracked Courier

Zone 8/9/10/11/12: Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Rest of Europe, Far East/ Australasia, USA/Canada and R.O.W.

£15 - Tracked

Patterned Papers are sent folded in a hard-backed envelope. If you would like your papers sent rolled, please contact us for a delivery quote.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you on receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you’re not satisfied with the alternative delivery date, we can cancel your order immediately and will give you a full refund.
