*New* Handcrafted Exercise Book - Sophie in Pink & Orange

Our new Exercise Books are crafted entirely in-house at our Bristol studio. Our rendition of the humble ‘exercise book’, they are perfect to use for a single project or as a journal. They have been designed to offer the same quality and durability as our signature notebooks, but in a new size.

We have been developing these books for a long time, and wanted to ensure that whether they are being used for writing, field notes or on-the-go sketches - they are a joy to use.

We have selected a beautiful 120gsm ivory paper stock for the pages, with a pleasing texture and good opacity (fountain pen friendly, as always). You’ll find 44 pages inside, that has been simply saddle stitched at the spine.

Each is B5 size, inspired by Japanese bindings. This is between the more standard A5 and A4 size, and has been chosen so that it can be easily carried and slipped into a bag, but still with enough room on each page for proper sketches or scribbles.

The cover is traditionally printed and cut from large heavy-weight sheets of our signature patterned papers. This means each cover is unique and (so we think) even more special. A simple brass foil logo adds the finishing touch, foiled to the back of each book.

Each set features a signature ola print and is presented carefully wrapped in a hand-printed band.
