Organic Cotton Wrap - Blocks print in Salmon and Red
Description
This beautiful square of fabric is a sustainable and reusable alternative to wrapping paper. Inspired by the ancient Japanese art of Furoshiki, they’re designed to be exchanged, treasured and used year after year. Each wrap is silkscreen printed onto lightweight certified organic cotton and lovingly made in India in collaboration with a social enterprise, whose aim is to create sustainable livelihoods for women in rural communities where employment opportunities are limited.
You can use one to wrap a special gift, as a hair scarf, wall hanging or accessory or even to transport your lunch (as the Japanese do!) Each wrap also comes with an accompanying recycled gift tag which shares the story behind this simple square of fabric and some top-tips on how to wrap yours.
